Refund policy
Made-to-Order Items
The majority of our products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand partners. Because items are custom printed specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost in Transit
If your order appears lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Shipments
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or shipments left unclaimed, cannot be reshipped unless you cover the additional shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (such as face masks and other sealed goods) cannot be returned or refunded.
Because our digital items are delivered instantly after purchase, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on downloadable products.
All sales of digital downloads are final. Once the file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot provide a refund or accept a return.
International Customers (EU Notice)
Under EU consumer rights law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Sealed goods which are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return/Claim
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund under this policy, please contact us at info@storaify.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
